With a BMI that doesn't translate to being obese and not having the cash to have a quick liposuction, I have started a six-week exercise regimen and by sticking to several good habits. To get to the root of the problem, I made it a point to keep track of my daily routine and habits and resolved to improve or stopping it totally.
Proper place- eating is an everyday thing, not being able to establish where to eat will just have you eating anytime anywhere and everything. Eating while working never promoted good digestion, which could cause bloat, constipation and indigestion. Peacefully and savoring your meal helps your body absorb the needed nutrients.
Never go to the grocery on an empty stomach. I have a habit of keeping receipts of grocery purchase and there was a time when I wasn't happy with what I've purchased since most of it was comfort food. I read somewhere that your hunger translates to your choices when you go to the grocery. A proved theory which I can attest to. Going on a full stomach helps you stick to your list leaving less room for impulsive buys.
Buying low-fat or low-cal doesn't take away work out duty. I know of someone who buys low-fat jams and spreads which doesn't seem have any effect on her weight since she indulges in several helpings of the spreads in one sitting. Balance and discipline should be the frame of mind of one who wants to lose weight desperately.
Perspiration is my best friend. Unlike diet pills that have you expel stored fat, a good work out is an ideal way to burn and use stored fat. When one exercises or exerts bodily effort you build muscle by burning away fat. You get toned and are less fat in toned areas.
Hydration. Effects of diet pills are dehydration since most contain a diuretic of some sort. The diuretic gets you to expel needed fluid. If you can pinch the skin at the back of your hand then you are dehydrated. Intake of water doesn't cause bloating, the water flushes out and helps important organs such as the liver, gall bladder and kidneys filter your blood and waste.
Be positive and happy. The tapering of indulgences and the discipline you are making into a habit are not the end of the world. A cheerful attitude even if you can't eat as many cake slices as you want does aid in proper dieting. Your body functions better if you are not stressed and happiness translates to your body working in harmony.
